are apple computers the only ones with photo booth?

I really want an apple computer because I love photo booth. But my mom said they cost too much. So is there any other computers (laptops) that have photo booth? Like, the same photo booth as apple?

Yes Photobooth is a mac specific application, however there are similar programs available on the market.
